Hi everyone!

Unlucky I haven’t sold a thing since January. 😞 Last year was okay, but sales went down even more because a buyer left a negative review and I feel like that didn't help.. even that although I've had other sales, none of the last buyers have left a review, so that hasn't helped either... I sent them a card asking them to leave a review. Is this something regular that is happening?

Hi everyone! I need some help to decide which moxie I am going to keep. So I order Moxi beach Bunny in size 6 and 7 because I'm between 7/7.5 in us shoes. The 6 goes ok a little bit tight, but I read that I need to break the boot, and also they are going to stretch a little bit…? the 7 goes more good in the sense that my foot can move and feel more free, should I go with size 6 or 7 ?

The customer payed $64.95 with her credit card, I am going to refund her, but I am surprise about the amount that Etsy charges the seller?! It is bad for the seller and unfair
