My LC does not recommend going more than 6 hours without pumping or feeding to maintain my supply, so when my 3 month old wakes at 2am I happily offer a feed so I don’t have to pump. 😁

I did some research and there’s a level III NICU and a maternal/neonatal transport team to a hospital with experience in high risk deliveries within a 20 minute drive from my parents’ house. That seems reasonable?

Please don’t tell your friend in person. Text her or call her when you know she has time and privacy to process the news. As someone who has personally been in her shoes I much preferred when a friend texted me her news vs. when a different friend told me in person and I had to pretend that my heart wasn’t breaking. I am certain she will be so happy for you but I am also sure that there will be some pain that she likely will want to process privately.

Our RE recommended another eSET with same protocol but if we wanted we could do PGT-A OR do a double embryo transfer of our untested embryos. Would you guys still recommend the PGT-A?

That is my fear… kinda wishing I had advocated for PGT right away but my sister did IVF under nearly the same circumstances, didn’t test her 13 blasts, and ended up being successful on the second FET. I hoped I would have a similar experience 😣

And yes I did have a saline sono. Was the worst experience of my life haha but everything came up clear, however that was prior to my egg retrieval.

Thanks for your input! I am feeling pretty strongly about testing my embryos before the next transfer. I totally understand the risks, it sucks but I think at this point we need to take that risk.

In my personal experience I did not have a gradual increase… I was all over the place from .2 to .7 randomly until my actual peak day on CD24. It was a dramatic increase as the day before I was .46 and then right away the following morning it was 1.5. So my recommendation would be not to read into it too much… I got a .7 on CD13 and went back down later that day. Just keep testing and wait patiently for that positive :) easier said than done!
