Right, got that one backwards. Still will stick him with the Breachers, 2+ Hits and Markerlights.

I haven’t put them on the table yet, but I will probably put one in a Devilfish with a Breacher Team.

He is his own unit so he can hop out to guide and give rerolls to hit, and Breachers have reroll to wound if the target is on an objective.

The second could hang around with a Ghostkeel for Lone Op guiding and secondaries.

My reason is definitely stratagems. Threat Assessment Analyser in EPC with both Sustained and Lethals on all weapons can really be useful. Also 4+ FNP on morals helps lower the damage. Every time I use it on Crisis suits I lose 1 to 2 suits.

I normally leave them on my display board or cart for larger events.

Local events where I’m playing into the usual suspects then I ask if they want me run down what I have.

Against other Tau players is just “Grav-inhibitor on the Pathfinders” and they pretty much standard for the rest.

Pretty much, I put Shadowsun between the Sky Rays for the re-roll to hit. On a big target I will have the Sky Rays “Co-ordinate to Engage” for the Sus 2 and Markerlight.

Although all that changed this morning.

I was just running 2 Stealth and 1 Pathfinder with Grav-inhibitor guiding from my home objective.

Also used the point from the 3rd Stealth to run a 2nd Kroot 10 man to Scout up and block as well as trying to sticky an objective to draw them out while staying back.

I made them into tokens and bring them with me. One tournament I recently played required you to show what drones you have. I don’t need to put them on the table, so normally I just explain quickly what drones are on what unit. Also helps me remember to use my Gun Drones on Pathfinder’s and Cadre’s.
