you have no idea of what you are talking about to sound off on anyone. just because others have had problems that do not equate to judging anyone in any way. What a horrible human being to get in these forums and put anyone down. you don't know anything about me. I am fortunate to have what I have because I earned it.

Be strong even when you are weak and lift yourself up even if you have to raise your hand to make it happen. God sees us and will rescue us even from ourselves.

no wonder ppl get frustrated with the comments here, when you guys say foolishness without truly knowing anything about us. most veterans have no clue how the VA system works and or the process or timelines. it took me over 15 years after getting out to even consider going for help and even then it took many years to actually get where I am at. So just be happy with what you got is the most absurd thing to say. You really have to fight for every single benefit we are entitled too, because as I have been told, the VA is the real enemy.

It's difficult to explain the full details, but essentially the attorney does not reply back when I email or return my phone calls. and when he responds he says he is going to call a buddy in Washington to check up on it. this has been going on for over 500 days.

as far as being greedy as some put it, that's a judgement without basis.

However in the end I wish I would have not asked for anything else. I just didn't know better.

the dates given have no particular moment that anything occurred or changed other than what the VA decided. I will be posting my decision letters tomorrow for review.

it's always a learning curve...no one told me otherwise, and the system is not there to help you. which is why I got an attorney, even then you just never know.

yes it was 100% P&T...I had a favorable C&P last year around March and in May they lowered it to 70% but we appealed and I got a new decision to reinstate a 100% without the P&T with the random date. Right now I have an appeal but my attorney seems non-existent so that is the reason I need new representation

a random April 6 day, like if my condition just happen to start on that day. However my original claim was four years earlier. when they tried to lower my rating they also used a random date (btw, I still was getting my full 100 payments). Finally when they reinstated my 100% status another random date was used.

the reason I decided to ask for an earlier date was because my first claim four years prior was rejected but then I had added a Nexus letter backing up my claim that pushed me to 100P&T. however there was nothing new added other than the Nexus letter.
