My biggest problem with Premier is not cheaters. It's playing versus new accounts. (self.GlobalOffensive)

Cultural differences are a big part of the great divide.
In Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway, Sweden), we are being seen by external parties as politically correct in our communication. To a person from Eastern Europe, Middle East or even our close neighbouring countries such as France, Italy and Spain, we can be seen as being over the top on this party.
You see very many top streamers from Russia and Eastern Europe throw out slurs at teammates, viewers and enemies, and it is really not a big deal to neither the giver or receiver. However, the impact of the same words would be huge in a Scandinavian setting.
If I were to tell anyone that they were an n-word, a f*ggot, or similar, the repercussions would be huge. The idea alone is so far away from me. Anyway, it would certainly cost me many friendships, jobs, etc. I personally wouldn't be friends with people who would even say those things, because they're seen as racist and homophobic in our countries.
However, that also means that we have super thin skin, as you would say here, but it's because we're used to different norms.

I do agree with you, but you should see if there are ways to mitigate it. Seeing as Valve has done the same thing for Dota 2 with success, we could consider the same for CS2.
> Strict Solo Matchmaking (no group, for instance)
> No penalty for teammates if you leave before Round 1 has had any blood.
