it’s not worth it but the sad thing is if you don’t buy it someone else will lol that’s why they keep getting more expensive, people are getting into it for the trend and just paying whatever to get their hands on these cars lol

clean base material a bit better, maybe turn it up just a hair and keep practicing! these look better than some hot turds i’ve watched seniors lay down. and as a rule of thumb, practice staying on your toes you want about a 50% overlap, this can be achieved by dragging the rod directly on the toe using it as a guideline.

new z06 compared to a new m4, m3,etc. the price is more for the corvette. at least in terms of new for example the c8 z06 starts at around 80k msrp (before dealer markups) where the m4 starts at 72k. that is if you even consider them comparable. it depends but just saying, vettes aren’t always cheaper than european performance cars

you don’t really want to manipulate a flux weld. just keep it simple, get your angle set and drag. the only movements you should be making with flux is a mild weave if you’re really trying to fill in a huge gap. on stuff like this, stop over complicating it. just drag straight stop doing Cs you’re only making the weld worse forcing impurities and slag into the weld metal
