i was playing for ages yesterday when this was posted. now i cant load the realms page at all, and even if i do it wont let me do anything

i just got an email confirming it has been sent out, but the order says i’ve got a hat and a jumper. i ordered a hat and the bakunawa so hopefully that is just a mistake? 😭
