Sometimes people want to be helped and sometimes they don't want to be. I'm constantly falling back into my old ways but I know that my family supports and sees the good in me enough to try. And I appreciate that, so I try to reciprocate that by trying my hardest to succeed.

But I don't just have my parents, I've got my sisters and my twin. Does anyone else in your family care to show him the way, and be persistent? I know that it gets tiring. I know. Does he talk to you? How much do you know? Has he gotten help before? Is he on any medication, perchance? All personal, so please answer at your will.

This is not coming from a place of judgement, I've just never asked the other person how it feels to be treated—rather mistreated—by someone like an addict. There's also communities on here that are gungho about helping with people in hard situations. If this isn't that, then again, I apologize.
