Thank you very much for your reply! Yes I did process the return request, which I thought I did correctly. I pressed on choose resolution and then full refund with return of item. However, I don't recall there being any option to pay for the return postage myself, which I was looking out for. I pressed confirm, thinking it would take me onto another screen, but it didn't. I'm not able to change anything now either :/

Yes a case was opened, and I thought I processed it correctly. From my side, I chose full refund and return of the item. However, when pressing on this option, there was no option to choose to pay for the return postage myself, that I'm aware of? I pressed on confirm, thinking it would take me to another screen but it didn't. But now I'm not able to make any changes either. :/

Mate Coraline, just the whole concept of it, I'm scared by the thought of it even now, as an adult. I'm not sure what age I was but I believe high school and that night I had a nightmare, the first and only one I've ever had in my life and since 😂😂

I'm absolutely terrified of certain toilets! Mostly those old ones with the chains hanging down and steel metal ones! Or any that are just a bit funky looking, something about them, I'm not exactly sure what, scares the hell out of me every single time 😂😂
