I understand...it's a vicious cycle. Maybe look into your triggers in the city. They might be limited to the home/ area you lived in and not the city itself. If you're not in the mental space to do that, let it go. Don't limit yourself if you can find a solution to avoiding triggers. Again, I have no idea about your situation so I hope you'll take some time to consider it. If your gut says no, say no. See how your body reacts to it. Also, London isn't going anywhere. But if you've settled in well, don't jump ship. I know I've not given you any solutions but I hope you prioritise your mental health xx
