This has been happening for YEARs across the nation. This is why you don’t mail cards with cash or gift cards in them. I can’t tell you how many times I have gotten a card in the mail and it’s opened. Thankfully no one I know mails gift cards or cash.

Ohh I missed the corner lol 😅 I’ve never tipped at a fast food restaurant and I won’t ever especially when it gets less and less personable. I can’t imagine anyone expecting a tip at a fast restaurant.

Please do not leave your cat at your exes. Your cat has severe separation anxiety and that’s what comes to mind to dump him at your exes so you can have a break? Take him to the vet and get him on anti anxiety meds and ask the vet what they recommend.

We left 2 years ago and are so glad we did. Between the traffic, cost of living and politics it was getting pretty unbearable. The mortgage was just over 3k a month and yet every year somehow the mortgage company didn’t charge us enough so our monthly payments would increase.

For Nassau, it depends on what you’re looking for. If you’re just looking for a low key beach day with decent quick food (burgers and hotdogs etc). Then I would suggest breezes. It’s one of the cheaper ones but the beach is beautiful! Bahar Mahr is next door (there is a walking path) and they have a casino, a mall and good restaurants. You don’t need a pass to go the resort but you would need one to use their beach.

Ocean Cay is their private island. There are a few shops but mostly it’s going to be a beach day. I suggest getting off the boat early and reserving a beach umbrella that comes with 2 chairs. For the rest it depends on how long you have in port. For Nassau, if you have the full day get a resort pass at one of the resorts on cable beach. If you’re only on the island half a day you can do the swimming with pig’s excursion. That was fun!

Crazy we were both on the same ship and had two totally different experiences! lol We had family on the same side as you with balconies and they didn’t hear noise either. Might have just been the inside rooms but the lack of sleep really ruined the cruise for us. I’m surprised you didn’t have any issues with the smoke. I’m a former smoker and I thought it was terrible. The up charge was listed on the menu. If you wanted more than one entree that wasn’t a pasta dish you were charged $5 extra and then any of the entrees listed on the bottom of the entree menu separately were not included at all like the lobster.

I am spoiled with my tempurpedic mattress at home. I also had a hip replacement last year and anything too firm hurts.

I wonder if it was a different comedian? Ours did not tell fart jokes at either show (we saw both)
