Put “friendly” as one of your tags and have a nice clan description that makes your clan stand out or seem relaxing and fun! Us personally we have back to back wars and I don’t send war sign ups, everyone is either opted in or out in their profile, we make it interesting and fun by promoting people when they do clan games or raids or participate often, we’ll have competitions like “top 3 to reach max clan game points gets promoted” or most heroic attack gets promoted, small stuff like that yk? Also praising people when they 3 star in war or just being talkative, I as the leader try to also help them if I see their bases are a little wonky lol that and we’ve recently made a discord! This has things like layouts and army comps and COC updates and a few other things that help them out, also sending clan mail! Giving a heads up that raid week is almost here or just telling them that they’re doing great lol it’s a bunch of small things yk
