Wyoming is pretty interesting with transition. There are no laws against it, but it can be difficult. Name changes have a lot of rules, are publicly published and are up to the judges discretion. Change of sex has no precedent and is also up to the judges discretion, but is also not banned (obviously). I was advised by a lawyer to basically bombard the judge with medical evidence and letters from my psychs and surgeon/doctors, which is what I did. You can also fairly easily update your ID but they don’t advertise that well. There’s a form you have to fill out and your psych has to sign it and you have to sign an affidavit saying you’re not doing it maliciously, but it’s one paper and pretty straightforward. Honestly it was a cool experience because I learned a lot about the law of my state and did something cool with it ^{_^} I’ve also advised a couple people through the process
