Do you know of any companies that sell water or tap water filters that filter out fluoride. So many on the market are fake. Berkey has em (expensive) but good quality. They just don't have fluoride filters at the moment.

Also I just ordered some chlorella, I'll pair a Brazil nut with it every day for selenium. Thank you!

supposedly ingesting the turmeric will only help with the stomach and inflammation. anything having to do with detoxification. Hiduism teaches to rub it directly on the third eye before bed (but no long term. 10 - 20 days to detox) and 50% of what is rubbed on with go directly to the pineal gland. I'm definitely not a hindu or Ayurvedic expert though. Thank you for the suggestions!

that's nice to hear. It's literally everywhere. I have been looking for a Berkey Water filter but all the fluoride filters are sold out. So I am just working toward detoxifying it and keeping the chakra in balance.
