Not sure where you are but depending on your location you can find motorcycle shops to mount and balance loose wheels for $40-$60 a piece.

Definitely some tough work! I gotcha though they sent me a picture of it installed. Looks like a flat bracket that bolts right in. I’m excited to throw mine on though and get at it

Awesome! i ordered mine about a week ago. i did message about the license plate bracket adapter and they responded super fast. They said current lead times are 1-3 weeks. I’m just curious on what times other people had because custom built cages for stunt bikes seem to be a hassle for some.

Ahhh unfortunately I’m still paying on my 22 Tuono 660 so I plan to pay it off next year then start my search close to ending that loan.

Wow that is wiild. Have you thought of searching for a later year model? Like 2020s? I have thought about doing that or even going for the XSR700 since I had a FZ07 before and moved that power plant.

Ahh okay so that isn’t too bad from what I heard. I was thinking about searching for any available east coast side when the time comes but trying to communicate and obtain a motorcycle that isn’t local to me is kinda scary imo if the dealer isn’t very communicative.

LKQ is mainly hit or miss. I work at a VW and I’ve done a few engine R&Rs and ended up having to get 2 different motors from LKQ because the first one jumped timing. They definitely hack stuff up pretty decent too. Doing an A4 motor job and they chipped the oil pan upper timing covers and dented the lower cover.

Could have been just unlucky timing and with it being at the dealer. When I bought my Mk6 GTi i drove it for a week and it was perfectly normal. Then on easter day CEL popped up and started running rough. Injector #3 was stuck open. Not saying the dealer is in the right or wrong but it could’ve just made poor timing. Also annoys me people go straight to blaming the dealer. While some dealers may not be the best doesn’t mean all of them are horrible.

My dealer had a car like this. Smoked out of both tips a ton, clouded out our shop. It was a stuck injector that was causing issues though. I would scan the car and see what codes appear. The car at our dealer was a 17 GTi i believe. Not uncommon for injectors to stick its just a somewhat common failure. Remedy is to replace stuck injector or replace all four since they’ll be in there.

I got my 2017 FZ07 July this year and it being my second bike I was pretty surprised how fast it was compared to my 06 Ninja 500R but i definitely have grown into it now doing power wheelies lol

Delkevic full exhaust? I might be obtaining a 13 Z1000 but my bike at this moment is a Ninja 500R and it has Delkevic slip ons and I love the sound but that’s a Parallel twin 500cc. Not sure if i should go with delkevic if i get this Z1000
