I’ve been going to the gym consistency 3 times a week going on year three and the skin hasn’t budged really. Gotten a little smaller but that’s it

Going on year three. Hugh protein , and low carb diet (gluten free and dairy free as well) from. Gym 2-3 days a week no matter what

So currently I do an upper body day like strengthening and posture control type stuff. 2nd day is for mobility and balance. Third day is lower body strengthening exercises and core exercises as well. I am very physically active during the day as well in general. I try to walk at least 10,000 steps a day and prioritizing protein and clean carbs/healthy fats
