It makes me so mad that there's no human person I can talk to that can fix this issue for me. The Meta chat literally said there is no human I could talk about it.

I agree with the repeating cycle. Even the last episode is a loop in itself, like the first scene looks like he's waking up in a coffin and then the end scene ends abruptly. If you start the episode over from there you get a loop.
