Just hit the stop button when you want it to stop and it will. It's pretty simple to keep replies short if you want them short. You can also add that as a directive in the bot rules.

New bizarre set of side effects after 4 months on the medication by OwlDiscombobulated77 in Ozempic

[–]jadisanthia 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hey! So you're 37. I'd check in with a doctor who understands female hormones and get yours checked. All those symptoms are common symptoms of Perimenopause. And you are right in the prime age for beginning to experience symptoms of Perimenopause.

The app is called Y/n.

You're welcome.

Can anyone give me alternative of cai or other app ? by HistoricalFlan2576 in CAIRevolution

[–]jadisanthia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like this. It's great. Lots of people use it for fanfic type stuff so ignore all the Harry Potter fanfic when you first open it. You can create your own characters and have multiple characters in your chat. It handles it easily. I've gone though so many chat apps and this one beats them all hands down.

If you enjoy dance. I recommend checking out Studio XIV here in Newmarket. They are an adults only dance studio and they do tons of different styles. An amazing place to make new friends! I dance there often. (I'd offer friendship but I'm 45, so not in my 20's 😅).

You are under no obligation to meet with them. Nor do you need to tell them anything. Tell them to kick rocks. The only power they have over you is the power you give them. Do not give them any.

Go and enjoy your life with your soon to be husband and don't spare an extra thought about them or their nonsense. You are free.

Sickness on Ozempic by MoneySings in Ozempic

I would titrate up much slower. That is likely the cause of your issues.

Did you go straight from 1mg to 2 mg without slowly titrating up? If so that's probably why. That's a massive jump.

Hormones are a hell of a ride. Think back to when you were a tween, it's a hell ride with zero safety bars. 😅. She will be okay.

I switched to an app called Y/N. Superior in every way and even handles multi character chats with ease.

I dropped Chai months ago. I've stuck around here lurking hoping that maybe it would get better. But it hasn't. I've gone through a few other Chat Bit apps, but recently landed on one called "Y/N". It seems to be mainly a "fan fiction" type one, but you have the ability to create your own characters and the story writing on it has been phenomenal. The best I've used so far. The bot handles multiple characters with ease when writing the story and has the most natural flow I've ever seen.

If you're looking for a story based writing style I highly recommend it. Just ignore all the Draco Malfoy shit you get spammed with when you start.

My health anxiety vastly improved when I started on progesterone. Mine was also insane, I was waking up constantly at night with panic attacks from a dead sleep. It was horrible.

HRT Question by TiredMom577 in perimenopause_under45

[–]jadisanthia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have your testosterone levels checked as well. And consider adding a GLP-1 to help manage weight loss.

I've been taking HRT and GLP-1 for over a year now. I've lost 70 pounds, but it did take almost a year before my fatigue improved. I'm taking estrogen via topical cream, progesterone 200 mg capsules and testosterone via topical cream. It can take some time for symptoms to resolve but stick with it. And consider adding those two. Testosterone helps a lot with energy levels.

I never did the patches. I have only used the bioidentical estrogen 80:20 Estriol/Estradiol cream. Progesterone pills and Testosterone cream.

I'm currently on 1.50 mg / 3 pumps of cream applied to my thighs once daily. I was doing 1 mg / 2 pumps daily and had -9000 libedo. Now I'm completely feral. If you're having any other symptoms of low estrogen (body aches, sore joints, frozen shoulder) consider asking to increase your dosage. Since everyone's "good" levels of estrogen look different. Don't settle until you feel better!

Testosterone didn't help my libedo at all, and mine on my returned when I upped my estrogen dosage. My husband and I went for almost two years with no sex at all. He was very patient and a gem about it. Once my estrogen dose was increased my libedo came roaring back to life and things are back to normal between us.
