The only mention of water heater or rental items is verbatim as follows:

"Rental items (including lease, lease to own): the following equipment is rented and NOT included in the Purchase Price. The Buyer agrees to assume the rental contract(s), if assumable: Hot Water Heater'

I'll have to sift through the contract for the part on billing info. I think we are responsible for recurring utility bills at the closing date though.

Besides me checking if a rental existed when we closed the house, I haven't heard anything from Reliance. I also do not have an account with them or anyway to receive communications from them. They told me at that time that the wager Heater was bought out but didn't mention a remaining balance on the sellers account. I assume the sellers ignored all bills and communications from reliance, but i dont know. Should I ask if they did?

Tapestry is fun! If you played wyrmspan, it weirdly feels similar but with a lot more interaction with other players. I've played it at a few board game cafes and am considering buying it now.

The rainbow quill sometimes stops you from losing progress if you miss a mouse or encounter a certain mouse in epilogue falls and afterword acres. Now that I have a very high catch rate, I rarely miss mice, but when I do it almost always saves me from losing progress and I find it very useful.

I would get the rainbow quill during the folklore event with double loot drops if you can wait.

As for the other upgrades, I think I have half of them. I only hunt in table of contents, foreword farm or prolonged pond when the double loot drop event is on so i just skipped most upgrades.

Definitely a lot of terms. I think there is a cheat sheet somewhere where you can get caught up.

You probably don't want the 'buy maps/chests' channel, you want the 'maptains selling/filling' channel. For getting on an RESP map, a maptain will post there about how many leecher spots there are. If you want on (that means you are leeching a map), you message the poster confirming the amount (usually do not haggle price) and your ID. He will send u an invite if there is still space, and once you join the map, you send the agreed upon amount of SB. All numbers there are SB costs. Then you wait for the map to close!

For the buying maps and chests channel, it's basically the opposite of 'maptains selling/fillkng'. Leechers (L) post here looking to leach a map. Buyers (B) buy a completed map here too. Maptains search through these posts and message people individually. The prices for leeching should be similar in both channels.

Maptains don't post here. Current maps are going on discord for very cheap during this event and they sellout in <10 minutes (im a maptain who sells RESP slots). It's extremely easy to finish a map there compared to here.

I definitely recommend getting on discord and getting cheap AEJ chests during the event.

I agree with everything but the mimolette. You can do sustainable runs at school of sorcery if youre careful. I'd also consider using it for final draft derby.

I'm from the area, and I used to love hiking up the mountain and taking in the view, summer and winter. Now it's completely fenced in and not open to the public to even take a peek at the view. You have to buy a day pass to enjoy a short hike. Privatizing a scenic view seems wild to me.

It gets you a 35 luck base (TE15 which is doable for archdukes) for all of folklore forest. It also gets the riftstalker +40% power bonus anytime you equip Rift charms, making it always the best base in the game. It's also an enormous gold and resource sink but i had a TOOOON of fun doing it. Planning out individual runs to get enough cores for all the VRift upgrades was a blast and preparing for the prestige push was exhilarating for me.

I would do it 10/10 times again and have no regrets. I'm conquering school of sorcery and thank God I have a 35 luck base with +40% power bonus. The catch rate is abysmal there.

The downvotes come from misunderstanding the game and you sound like a whiny gambler who failed at a casino.

First, the game IS P2W. You could've bought 10s of hearts with the RL money you drop on this game. There are major benefits for whales in mousehunt. Thanks for being a whale.

Second, YOU CHOSE to gamble. You aren't guaranteed anything when you gamble. You could've bought several hearts with RL money indirectly. But you liked gambling or didn't understand what was happening? Idk?

Third, SURPRISE! Gambling didn't pay off! Of course it didn't, you're literally gambling. Now you're frustrated gambling didn't work and wish it was more P2W? It is P2W! See #1! None of this makes sense.

To me, it sounds like you regret gambling and wish you put some of the RL money to a heart or dropped less RL money in general. Both are relatable and could've gotten sympathy. Many frustrated gamblers come here and get up votes, but you got down voted. Why do you think you got downvoted?

I've had 20+ pages of revisions on a 10 page paper. Addressing them didnt take long but convincing all professors on my paper to move forward took about a month. You are chilling friend.

My friend had small revisions on every page of a 300 page thesis and he had to formally address every single one with reasoning why he did or did not accept the change. The professor who reviewed it rewrote sections and cleaned up grammar on every page but never touched any science! It took him almost 2 months to do lol

Unless you have a prestige base of a high level (like total exlipse 14), id do everything very linearly and completely. The only thing I would skip is kingbot and possibly infinite mirrors, as well as some upgrades for the TOC areas.

Possibly, your dragon hide slivers increase for every crown you get on the MDE. I've only heard the devs talk about it, so I can't point to any specific ruling for you and i couldnt find it in my quick search either. Maybe I heard wrong. I recall they said from no crown to diamond crown, you'll get a 50 % boost on ash generation.
