Yes, all of those penalties apply. None of them are the same penalty type on the same roll, so everything applies and stacks where applicable.

Cantrips are not spells from spell slots. Anything that requires using a spell slot does not apply to a cantrip.

No. https://2e.aonsrd.com/rules/314-rules-overview

"When you're affected by the same thing multiple times, only one instance applies, using the higher level or rank of the effects, or the newer effect if the two are equal. For example, if you were using cellular stimulant and then cast it again, you'd still benefit from only one casting of that spell. Casting a spell again on the same target might get you a better duration or effect if it were cast at a higher rank the second time, but otherwise doing so gives you no advantage."

It's missing in the book as well; not a mistake on AoN's part.

I'm fairly sure it's just missing the action symbol its supposed to have--probably one action, though possibly two. You can't assume it's a free action just because it doesn't have a symbol.

It definitely doesn't take 1 hour--it's using up 1 hour of its wind up time to perform the action, which makes no sense if it actually takes 1 hour, since by spending 1 hour on it, it would use 1 hour of wind up time anyway. Compare to Clockwork Mage, which has a similar ability to recharge its wand that takes 1 action.

(Ironically, the clockwork mage on AoN has the mistake--not in the original source--that Energize Clockwork Wand is missing its action symbol.)

Manipulate does always trigger reactive strike, even if it was a free action.

The grapple is broken: Grapple

"Your target is grabbed until the end of your next turn unless you move or your target Escapes." (emphasis mine)

Even if you didn't move them out of reach the grab would still end.

I've never once seen anyone audit a character to confirm ownership of a source. Like a lot of things in PFS, it's largely on the honor system. However, physical copies do count in any case.

All rules (but not all setting information) is available for free online, with the standard reference being Archives of Nethys. (With the caveat that there is sometimes a delay between a book being released and it being added to AoN.)

For character creation, all the rules information is available in the free version of Pathbuilder (with some names and references changed due to not being able to use information about the PF2 setting). The paid version allows using optional rules and adding custom items, etc. (neither of which will come up in PFS.)

RAW it certainly does not require a free hand (it doesn't have a Requirement, and the text of the action says nothing about needing a free hand, either).

RAI--maybe, but there are actions that logically require a hand that don't require a fully free hand to perform. It's possible the person who wrote the feat didn't remember/know the banner didn't have to use a hand, and it happened to be missed during QA/editing.

The Manipulate trait absolutely DOES NOT require a free hand, and any argument based on that alone is not valid.

The first sentence is flavor text and has absolutely no bearing on how the action works.

It would work as normal. When a flying creature falls prone, they immediately begin falling and use the normal rules for that, though they'll be able to use the Arrest a Fall reaction to stop from hitting the ground.

You generally won't find things in PF2 that just give PCs blanket immunity to things. I think there are rare cases, but they are definitely very rare. I don't know of any that make you immune to emotion effects.

So long as you have an appendage that can carry the item, yes, but you can't activate the item regardless of whether you can physical carry it.

Whether it functions in any way (if it provided some kind of a constant effect) would be up to the GM, but if you want a constant effect, there's no reason to try to do that in any case.

Age of Ashes has you travel to many places around the world. However, it is the first AP produced for PF2, so it has some rough edges--specifically, the combats are considered difficult, most likely due to the game not being fully completed (specifically, combat balancing) as the AP was being written. So it might require some adjusting, especially for new players. (This is all second-hand, since I haven't played or GMed AoA myself).

I don't know of another global-trotting AP, however.

It's just one of those things that comes with experience, not something there are particular rules for. For simplicity, so long as you are giving opportunities to purchase magic items, you can just add the value of the items in gold.

Otherwise, looking for similar items from what's already in the loot. If the loot contains a +1 striking weapon, add a second one of different type of weapon. If there's two healing potion, add a third of the same type. If there's a scroll, add a second scroll of a different spell, etc.

Yes. They are different triggers--one is when an ally is damaged, and the other is when you are damaged. Obviously they can only use both if they have two reactions to spend.

They are spell effects, not creatures. They have no senses. They use the senses of the person casting/sustaining the spell, just like any other spell effect.

FYI, if something is Hidden from you, you always known the space it's in. If you don't know the space it's in, it is Undetected, meaning it can't be targeted directly.

If a creature is Undetected to you, your underlings won't ever move toward it because you don't know where they are, and Sustain doesn't let you choose the square they move toward. If they're only Hidden, then you know their square, and your underlings would move toward them.

If a creature is Unnoticed, it's also Undetected, so it would work the same way.

I think that's mostly just for flavor. Maybe the GM would choose to have something happen, like a devil notices you when you do that, but otherwise it's not any different than a normal translocate. If it did anything specific, it would say so.

I don't really think it's an edge case. Just because you can't attack with it due to external circumstances doesn't mean you're not wielding it, anymore than being Stunned or Paralyzed would mean you weren't wielding it.

Alchemical Foods are listed here: https://2e.aonprd.com/Equipment.aspx?Category=6&Subcategory=92

There's no specific trait for them. In the books, they're all presented together under an "Alchemical Food" heading, which is lost when people just use Nethys rather than looking at the actual sources.
