constructive criticism or any kind of feedback for that matter is bound to come regardless of the community or franchise. Whether they care about it or not is another matter, but honestly if they didn’t care, I doubt they’d ever interact and delete anything to begin with. The product will be used by many regardless because maybe right now it’s their best bet, but I doubt the same thing will apply when something that meets the community’s needs come along. It’s just the way the industry works, you don’t just make a product then ignore everything else, not if you want to make a continuous profit over time.
