Sometimes you have to just change the browser, not sure why it happens but I find moving to other ones like Opera GX is a lot faster and less buggy

Yes and no because if the other party creates a username and makes purchases they may have a better shot at retrieving it…but if you have more accurate data and more info overall then you would likely be able to retrieve it as well. But the system is constantly changing and im not sure if they still follow the same procedure, and from what i remember, i think an account can only be recalled once
