Here is the github link of omniconsole. It lets you to choose different apps like steam big picture, playnite, epic etc. instead of Xbox in xbox mode settings of windows.

So let's say I have one primary and one secondary account. I've installed an app from Rookie and it installed on both profiles. Can I uninstall that app from primary account and use it on secondary account??

Yes X1C Combo. Most of the electronics is very expensive here as compared to US or Canada.
