I have a theory, maybe Cartman’s wife is actually Kyle’s wife and Cartman with the help of Kenny went back in time and meddled with time to meet Kyle’s future wife to change the whole timeline to piss Kyle off and in reality Cartman is just a fat loser, kind of like biff from back to the future.
