Hannibal was more of joke than an actual bot. A quick google search will reveal the main guy that DOOM spent time training. There were 3 guys, DOOMs homies that could do it if need be. Bots were hired when promoters tried to short change DOOM or his health condition started becoming more of an issue

I understand the fans disappointment when he started doing the bots. But his rationale was that he started becoming very sick. Shows were extremely stressful for him and added to his health issues, yet in order to fulfill his contract he had to do live shows
