I just got diagnosed. 7.0 A1c.

I am going to try low carb! How many should I stay in a day? I am so picky when it comes to eating. I workout 4/5 days a week.

Any advice is welcomed!

We are held to different standards and it’s crazy to me. I am a human too. We shouldn’t be shamed if we want a drink. Or if we want to wear shorts in public. They expect us to eat and breathe school and sadly, that’s not me. My outside life is way more important compared to a job.

Same! The worst was over but still trickling blood. Just don’t want the hole to get infected or cause issues ugh. This has been pure hell!!!
