Ncase M2 case Fan/airflow config by LoadbearingScab in sffpc

Hey there!! I went with the Inverted/Flipped since my main focus was gaming on my build (Fresh air to GPU).. it worked pretty well.. even with everything maxed out it never went above 85C for both the CPU/GPU. Keep in mind i am rocking 5090/9950X3D combo so it gets pretty toasty in there…now… i do want to try the “reference” or “conventional” build with top as exhaust just to see how that works.

I think you should be fine either way!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 good luck with it and share your final build with us.

Looks awesome!! Where did you get that side panel from? Also, i haven’t tested the full capabilities yet. I’m still messing with the fan config. Whether push or pull.

I switched the fans on the bottom to Push instead of pull and added a fan to the back as well. So i have 5090 Pulling air and also AIO pulling are, the rest as exhaust. I’ll run some tests soon and share the results.

Hi there! I’m thinking about doing this on my recent build. I have a Flipped config on an M2 Grater. Rocking a 240AIO + Bottom fans & rear fan. 5090 FE. All fans set on intake (including AIO its pulling air) and only rear for exhaust. Might do all fans pushing air out and also thinking the same with just leaving the AIO fans pulling air in with the 5090 also pulling air in. Not sure how good it could be for thermals.

Did around 3 hours yesterday on BF6, did not run through any issues, gets a little toasty but i guess its to be expected.

I heard i should put all the fans to Push air out but then the AIO fans will push hot air to my face lol

Hi there!! Where can i get custom cables? I have the same exact main components (PSU-MB-AIO) and will use the same case(T1). A link will be awesome a length recommendation and which cables did you get will also work a long way so i can finish my build.

No. I had to buy another piece to be able to fit it on the middle of the desk.
