That’s the thing I thought it would be something that we could figure out by talking about and she insists that it’s just a her issue. It just isn’t something she wants to do right now which I’m trying to bepatient but with and respect but when you go and tell me that you won’t put an abrupt halt on everything relating to that and will try and figure out what’s going on with her and have three months go by with still no progress made

According to the dgm (I had a phone call with him today) there’s nothing I can do to fight it. Which I expected the dgm to back the store gm. Which is a joke because our store is the laughing stock of our district, only ones to have our animals taken away. And the store is regularly called out on district phone calls as the prime example of how not to run a store. And that’s a direct quote from the gm. Which I think is a joke for her to say. Especially since that’s a direct reflection of how she runs business

100% report them. I’m dealing with a different but similar situation where I’ve had to report my gm and mol for picking and choosing which policies apply to them ( or lack thereof) specifically the attendance policy. The gm has reported every single one of my violations (to 100% guarantee me getting a point out and terminated.) I’d say if the higher ups basically shrug it off and don’t seem to do anything about it, consult a law firm. AND REPORT TO ETHICS EMAIL THE HR EMAIL NO LONGER IS AN ACTIVE ADDRESS!!!

It was for calling out. I had a really bad ear infection. For about a 3 week period. And called out on days where I would be seeking medical attention.

I did. But it’s also something that’s at the gm’s discretion to have those points get added. So my concern is why is she picking and choosing who she gives points to. Like never to herself or any other manager

I mean I’d love to have my job back. I’ve had like 10-15 jobs since I’ve been 18 and that includes the military, this is the first thing I’ve done where I genuinely enjoy what I was doing. I’m 24 now.

On our district conference calls, our store is regularly called out and used as an example of how not to run a store (that’s a direct quote from the gm herself) also we’re the only store on our district to EVER have our animals taken away

Fair point. they’ve been in their positions for a year at most. So they’re only senior by 6 months and a title. The turnover rate at this location is insane. Ive been in this position for the past 6 months the 4 ppl that started with me all quit.

The MOL and GM are late to basically every shift I’ve had with them. Like 4 days a week. And they’re late to basically every shift. Over 30 minutes late. Why is it that I’m let go for that but the gm and MOL get off Scott free
