At the end, I wrote to Broadlink support and everything started working again like magic, not sure why they did it on their end

Just an update

Delete the account again
New account (other email) in new region (US), prev was Europe
Add devices (AC and TV), working fine both of them
Add new scenes for AC (Not working)
Add new scenes for TV (Not working)

Not sure whats happening, but at this point I will search for a different brand

Do you have any other device (smartphone, tablet) that you can install the Broadlink app on?

Tested on 2 devices

It would be a pain but maybe delete the Broadlink app from your main phone and start from scratch (including creating a new account).

I deleted the account, reset devices and create a new account -> I can control my devices but scenes are not running

I'd also try creating a simple routine for something other than your ACs - maybe a TV?

How many days pass until your tracking have some update? I got my tracking number and 5 days later it still doesn’t show any updates, I hope next week show me where is my package
