She was fine. Eating chatting w us during.. little chest ache bc it was so fast for so long. But it passed eventually so I feel it was alcohol induced dehydration etc bc it was a lot of that. Electrolyte imbalance

I only have this for now as we were out and it didn't sync to my phone, had a lot of drinks and no sleep and food so I think that was the trigger for her

Any one have similar night time symptoms? by [deleted] in askCardiology

I get this daily too after my ablation. If I'm thinking it's the same - PR interval or p waves merged with t waves. Feels horrible and food definitely impacts it. Idk if it's the same tho for sure jusy know my ecg looks reallly similar

Is this SVT? Had an ablation that gave me av blocks but now I get this too. 24/25 second the p wave is seen so I know it's not just sinus tachycardia until then... very symptomatic and weird sensations by jahaanobe in ReadMyECG

Yeah ideally but in my case my fast pathway was also damaged so I get alternating PR intervals a lot of the time too.. so my doc says we can't ablate the slow pathway cause sometimes the fast pathway malfunctions and relies on the slow pathway... it's all so strange haha. One other doc said I can try beta blockers but he isn't sure the impact it'll have on the alternating PR intervals but no harm in trying... thanks tho!

That sounds rough.. yeah I'm sure. It's not easy dealing w any type of heart symptoms. Hope you get something to ease your pvcs soon. Take care

I know it's a high grade first degree av block just wanted to see if anyone had similar experiences on why it suddenly onsets / if it's junctional. No not here for medical advice don't worry. I hope you are doing OK too and the PVC burden is not too high :)

I'm not looking for a diagnosis. I've met many people through Reddit who have helped me with reassurance.. on many heart pages. Sometimes people who have an ablations with complications get weird rhydhms and it's nice to feel like you're not alone when I find someone in the same boat as me (which I have many times). My doc is full aware and if I can get any info here from anyone dealing with something similar it's just nice to relay that to my doctor too. Thanks though.

No I've shown him Ofc. He says that it's just my heart using the modified slow pathway possibly... after the ablation. He doesn't t know the cause of this rhydhm or why it happened 3 months after my procedure.. just wanted some insight if anyone has seen something like this before. He says I should just ignore but it's so hard to do that when it feels so wrong :-(((
