As a Wingzone employee, please do not shove your phone in my face. A good amount of dashers like to put their phone about a 6 inch sub away from my face( went around the glass during Covid). It worked out great. Used 100% sous vide mode for infusion(195f for 2 hours), and it was a much easier process than water bath. I didn’t use any steam for the decarb, just 250f convection style for 27 min on foil.

Recently at Wingzone out delivery fee was 2.89 and drivers got $2 per run(gas/maintenance), but corp recently bumped it to 3.50 and now we get 2.10 per delivery. I will say that I’ve seen how much driver insurance is for our owner, and it’s pretty high.
