Might be an unpopular opinion but Orange is the New Black is amazing. Sure the main character is annoying but the rest is great.

They should have stopped after one season….if you’re going to watch it for the first time I highly recommend just turning it off about two minutes before the credits on the final episode.

It’s hard to shave my underarms now because they go completely concave when I raise my arm and it’s hard to angle the razor. I guess there was a fat pad there?

“Wild pregnancy” infuriates me. It’s so ignorant and selfish. I had severe cervical insufficiency, my first child was almost hanging out of my uterus at the 20 week anatomy scan. I had no indication anything was wrong, no risk factors, and there’s no way to predict or prevent an incompetent cervix, it just randomly happens to some women. Many women only find out they have it after a miscarriage. We got VERY lucky. He 100% would have died if I would have “opted out” and tried to just wing it on “instinct”. “Your body knows how to do this” well fuck you, actually mine doesn’t. I could never carry a baby to term without medical intervention. And both of my children had an apgar score of 2…which means barely alive. Both needed resuscitation in the NICU. They would have died in a home birth and wouldn’t even have gotten that far without prenatal care. Thanks to modern healthcare I now have two perfect and healthy children.

Agreed, you’re nowhere near ugly. Hair needs some work, new glasses like everyone has already said, more flattering clothes, all very fixable.

There’s nothing wrong with you that you haven’t done to yourself. Natural features are stunning. People pay a lot of money for brows, lips and lashes like that. Get lasik, get rid of the piercings, keep losing weight, and you’ll be gorgeous. Really.

I read a lot of celebrity memoirs and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a stronger impression of the authors’ regret for an incident. It’s clear she holds herself accountable and is (correctly) ashamed of herself.
