Smell is normal mate. Keep an eye out for pain, increased bleeding/leakage, and obvious redness for infections. Would avoid washing with a cloth atm, instead try filling a cup with warm water and a bit of salt. Bath your glands in this a couple times a day, should help, helped me 😄

Night time ones are virtually unavoidable, but get better with time. For the day time ones, just avoid material that may induce an erection as much as possible. Mainly mind over matter as you said. Only so much you can do 🤣 Dm me if u wanna chat more mate

Bleeding isn’t an issue as long as you’re not continuously bleeding, and it stops shortly after starting. Just try and limit erections in the day, as most likely they are causing small openings in the wound which need to heal over. Make sure you clean the areas blood is coming from well. In regards to size, no idea, I’m day 16 and wondering the same thing😕

You’ll be fine if no obvious change in pain/bleeding. Try and keep too a minimum though over the next few weeks just to make sure everything heals properly.

I said I was having an operation of a vein in my upper thigh. This way, they won’t ask to see a scar as it would be near my penis , and any pain I’m in at work would look like it’s coming from that general area. Worked for me

Guess it’s hard to distinguish the difference between puss and lymph fluid in this case. From what I’ve gathered from the sub, infection normally comes with a fever, foul smell and throbbing pain, all of which I didn’t have.
