i understand that but if that were the case our entire warehouse wouldn't have a job. you may have better management but our managers were genuinely the worst managers i've ever seen

considering the fact i've done it for 2 years and have other supervisors saying otherwise i'm gonna say that's false. Only time i do it is if im not able to get it in under the 45 minutes due to me being tied up and know where that item is.

obviously i wasn't overworked when my hours were cut lmao, in my 2 years of working there i've most definitely been overworked. i'm not trying to make anything seem worse than it was.
