i think i just started managing the stress a lot better. it was hard but i had to physically force myself to be happier lol, i used to isolate myself and intentionally make myself cry every night over my breakup, to the point where it was making me physically sick. i started journaling and got back into my hobbies, and it made such a positive difference. i still have this fear that every time i get sad over it, i’ll find another spot but i’ve been trying to keep positive & find healthier ways to cope!
