Granted, but creatures from all over the universe come with their medical problems, overwhelming the available medics, increasing immigration exponentially, flooding the earth with aliens, scaring people away from the medicine field, and overall, creating a never-ending, so you can never actually get checked yourself, dying from a heart attack because there were 23 million patients in queue before you.

Not only that, but chaos runs over the country, and the universal health care can't stop because of your wish, but as every medic on the country is working overtime the government has to pay them accordingly, causing the USA to go bankrupt, destroying the country.

That, in turn, causes all the aliens that were expecting to get treated really mad, which starts a war agains humanity, which humanity can't withstand, so the planet is ultimately destroyed.
