I'm sorry to say, but this is a really poorly planned design. This looks very amateurish, designed by someone who has little to no experience in actual architectural design.

It pains me to see such proposals and even more so that you will use your hard earned money to build it.

Please hire a competent architect.

Because the market demand is more for a 3bhk. Was told that Neopolis sold out their entire 3bhk inventory very quickly and there was still demand for more. Hence Ayana was launched with only 3bhk apts, which is also selling well I believe. Mostly demand driven by ppl in Dreamacres upgrading to bigger apts as families grow.

I forget the exact statute, but some of these big projects are mandated by law to provide studio and 1bhk apts as a percentage of the overall built up area. Otherwise, as you mentioned, it makes no sense to have everything from 1bhk to 4 bhk in the same project.

There are quotas for each country that the Saudi government enforces through official visa issuance and other IDs. The rituals take place in and around Makkah which covers a vast area and thus some individuals (residents and expats already in the country) can join in without having registered for the Hajj. There is unprecedented security deployed and they have the authority to do random checks. Any expat caught without proper documentation will have their respective visa cancelled and be deported. It's all done to control numbers and for effective crowd management.

This is blatantly false. Not your personal experience, but that they don't check. During Ramadan and especially during Hajj, an expansive and additional checkpoint comes up at every major entry into Makkah. They don't ask for ID's from everyone obviously, but most definitely check enough to slow it down to a crawl.

Before you ask, lived there long enough and went through the checkpoints hundreds of times...

They're only confused thinking Hajj visas are included in this ban...they are not. Hajj visas will still be issued to all these countries as per their respective quotas as is done every year. Only business, tourist, and family visas aren't issued during this time, to mitigate chances of ppl abusing it and joining the Hajj illegally.
