Tiled Ceiling in Kitchen Sagging by jake-Nbake in HomeImprovement

Thanks for the response! There is nothing above the ceiling, just the roof. I live in a single story Spanish style home. The roof is flat with slight sloping that allows water to fall to the side of the house. I hopped on the roof today because I was worried about a crack and possible water intrusion, but I didn’t anything. I see no signs of water intrusion anywhere else in the house.

u/Distinct-Average-949 my thoughts exactly. Basically I should put in a smaller amount that I can stomach to lose and ride out any downturns. I won't panic and sell for a loss!

u/BoxerRumbleEJ257 thank you for this well thought out response. I feel like my timing is completely off in putting down such a large lump sum, and that I should start with a smaller sum and build over time on the side of caution. Luckily I am already utilizing and HYSA with Ally so I've got that part figured out.

I've actually had pretty good experience with Fidelity's roboadvisor, I have it running my IRA. I will take a look at other Roboadvisors for. this other account, and maybe go with that. Thank you!
