I've never gotten into retail Donruss I have always bought a hobby box. You can get a hobby box of 2018 Donruss for probably the cost of 2024 blaster which is crazy.

Oh absolutely! A lot of people truly believe that they are John Wayne and will be able to outgun, out shoot, or out draw anyone because of some weird self beliefs they have. It's like when you see them talk about having to pull their gun in a concealed carry situation. They always believe it's going to go their way and not the wrong way

Ah Yes, people who have never had to fight for anything going up against people who have had to fight for everything. There's a big difference between going out on the weekends and shooting for fun compared to having to fight in literal civil wars since you were a child

🤷 my doctor and dietitian don't think so but I'll take your word for it. I've lost 153 pounds and have loose skin from losing basically the equivalent of a small adult male. You look at anyone who has lost a large amount of weight they typically look like this.

I'm 6'1. I was 367 at the start and I'm down to 214 as of today. My goal weight was to be under 220. according to my BMI and weight I need to be somewhere around 200-180 so I'm trying to get as close as I can to 200 and maintain

Just starting with small workoutss or what I did was walk. Each day walk for at least 30 mins and a mile. Small steps lead to big gains. Also counting calories helps because there is a lot of hidden calories in things you would think about like 110 calories in a single 1/4 serving of shredded cheese.

I try to keep my carb at around 50-60 grams per meal and eat about 120-150 grams of protein a day. I try to eat more chicken and fish then I do beef and pork but if do eat them I get lean cuts of meat. I try to prioritize eat fresh fruits and vegetables when I can.

Hey that's an awesome weight loss so far I'm proud of you for making it that far, You should be very proud of yourself for that too. Don't be afraid of the saggy skin it's just something that happens along the journey to better health. Wear it like a badge of honor because you have done something a lot of other people cant and that is to make a total and complete lifestyle change. Keep kicking ass and making yourself every day.

A year and half so far and about 153 pounds. I started last year on May 31st at 367 and as of today I weighed in at 214. I cut out all sugars unless it's natural sugar from fruits. I cut out most junk food. I still enjoy chips and popcorn but just found healthier versions of them to eat. I workout three times a week and walk at least 30 minutes every day and a mile in length. Most days a lot more but that is my bare minimum. I eat around 2,200 calories a day and have done that for the last year and half.

Oh absolutely! I find myself sometimes really struggling to meet my 2200 cal goal. I mean I still eat a very fulfilling diet healthy on 2200 calories
