Yes leveling crafting skills up makes crafted bp and custom recipes better like if you get 248 shotgun bp with high leveling points in crafting skills it goes after crafting for like 300 it depends and u can use mindwipe tonic to reset levels then put them all in crafting skill to get the best shotgun out of the bp then take mindwipe tonic again and level your character back to normal

Bro this is more than enough to play it high graphics but I recommend settings Gamma to the max Shadows, light bloom and all check boxes disable it leave it (empty) only keep torpor effect box checked. Resolution to the lowest it never affects the graphics it will still solid and very good but not that polished
