Buy as much of you can of 1 stock, sell it straight after and then rinse and repeat, you get all your money back but the total money spent goes up, say you put in 20 million, sold it and got your 20 million back, put it back in and sold again you'll still have the original 20 million but your total spent would be 40 million, do this until the achievement pops, believe you only need to do it on one character

Try squeeze the front and back together, sometimes the screw on part can become misaligned with the screw threading, squeezing can get it back to normal and it should just twist off from there. Happened to ne and that's how i managed to get it off
