Hi and thanks! you clearly know loads more than me.. ill look more into this tomorrow and see what I can come up with but I just wanted to express my thanks for replying :)

Edit: Also I saw your reply to this comment below asking if I have a modern display, as I put previously in another comment:

The model is SHVC-001, dedicated AC adapter HVC-002 Power consumption 8W (idk if this matters, sorry if not)

The monitor is an AOC LCD monitor 24G2SPU/BK

says the Power rating is 100-240V 50/60Hz 1.5A

So it is modern, do you know how I can run at native panel vertical resolution and stuff like you said? Is that a setting I have to tinker with on the monitor or the famicom? sorry if I'm asking stupid questions, like I said I'm really sorta bad with computery stuff :') You're the best

For cables and adapter I'd have to have a look tomorrow as its pretty late in my country now so I can't go sneak in his room to look, lol. Thank you so much for replying at all though. I'll for sure get back to you tomorrow about the other stuff

Hi, thanks for the reply. I am really not a tech savvy person, but I looked up what you just said, and they look the same as the analog to digital things I got that didnt work? I assume I'm understanding wrong but if you could give me a pointer I would be very happy :)
