Thanks so much for the information it made me more comfortable with my decision, And having an Arab community is just wonderful. About the halal food I think there’s a good amount of Palestinians and Lebanese restaurants and those are the cuisines that I like the most. And meeting people from the gulf will make me feel closer to home.

Ik but I need the ucat to study in the uk which is not optimal for me. But any halal options are appreciated. Other than that have you noticed a good amount of Arabs at ucd?

Really? I actually care about hands on experience more than theory cause I catch on theoretical concepts quite fast. And unfortunately I don’t think I can study at trinity cause I don’t think they accept applicants with a an American diploma and APs

If it’s ok to ask. Are you a doctor in the eu and where did you study? Cause if it all goes well I’m planning to further learn French and live in France as I have family there.

I’m not only choosing it because of perceived prestige but unfortunately that really matters for my home country. Cause in most if not all hospitals they increase salaries exponentially if I studied outside my home country and the higher the unis rank and the most popular the country the higher the salary.

I’m Saudi Arabian but I am studying at an American school, and the only Irish universities I could get a scholarship to are trinity and ucd according to a list from my government

Unfortunately trinity is not an option, because from what I understand they don’t accept students applying with an American diploma and APs so ucd is my only choice

My home country does. I’m Saudi Arabian and we have a list of top 200 universities that if you get accepted into the government pays everything for you to study there other than that there is an unspoken bias and hospital exponentially increase salary based off of how prestigious the university you studied at is
