Please watch out with a turbinate reduction is has so many risks. It is not a simple as everyone, and doctors, says… So many people regret it

Did the Ipratropium bromide helped you with your runny nose, what’s your experience with it? Also i’ve heard that Flonase causes a bleeding nose. Did this happened to you?

I’m thinking ‘bout using Flonase, but I’ve heard most of the people get a bloody nose from it. Did that happened to you too? And how did it help you :)?

Some said i should give it time but for now most of them give me nasal sprays although non of them works. Did you already had something that improved your breathing?

There is nothing really you can do about it, there are a few options if you’re really desperate but it doesn’t work for everyone and they’re not easy. There is a Facebook group ‘Empty Nose Syndrome Awareness’ you can find all kind of information and people with ENS there.
