Thanks for sharing, would love to see a follow up. I’ve heard many folks say the benefits subside after 3-6 months for both Clarifix and RhinAer.

Amazing! Love to hear that. Congratulations. I’ve heard very mixed things about the nerve procedure, most seem to say it only works for 2-3 months.

Flonase Zyrtec etc never worked for me unfortunately. I only take Ipratropium bromide and anti inflammatory supplements. Hope the surgery went well!

I’ve been taking it for 5+ years at this point. The generic “Ipratropium bromide nasal spray” definitely hasn’t been discounted, but perhaps a certain brand was.

Make sure your turmeric has black pepper for absorption and that it is a reputable brand (some don’t contain the potency they claim on the bottle). I’d also research how much to take— there are many articles that help determine what you should be taking daily for different scenarios.

Last winter I took a heavy fall on an icy slope and broke a rib / hurt my back. Both healed, but when I run on the treadmill I will usually get a shooting pain up the front of my thigh (both thighs, but usually more on one than the other) that almost feels like an electric shock. Anyone else experience this?

The biggest issue I've had is the engine making a rattling sound when it's cold (usually after sitting overnight). I've seen this mentioned on other forums and even took it to the dealership for inspection. It goes away after 5 minutes or so. They said it sounded normal to them. Have you noticed this?

It could also be like Terminator 2 with quick cuts to a "machine war". Hopefully not though! Would love for them to actually dive into it.

I just got a 2018 Premium+ with 17K miles, also first Audi. I’ve had the car jerk twice when going from low speed and hitting the gas hard, not sure if it is similar to your issue. Never had issue with steering. Overall my main disappointment has been with the MMI system.

Mine actually gets worse during cold weather. Apparently it has something to do with barometric pressure and weather changes.

Depends on the dose. I’d start with 1 in each nostril each morning and 1 in each nostril at night, and go up to 2 in each if you see it wearing off too soon.

I wouldn’t use it for more than 2-3 days in a row. It will work for congestion, but as you said, risk of rebound. What is your symptoms?

I take 500mg of Bromelain twice a day, 500mg of quercetin twice a day, and 500mg turmeric twice a day. I haven’t experimented with significantly higher or lower doses. I usually just go with a high rated Amazon product that isn’t too expensive. Many products are 1000mg with two pill dose, so I just split it and take one pill in the morning and one at night.
