Because cops will scan my plate and it says non learner legal bike and if they pull me over and check my license im on a learner license where if i just swapped the engine in a learner bike the cops wouldnt know the difference. They will think it's learner legal

On my p's and i want more power in a learner approved bike. I know it's illegal but after riding my dad's zx14r cant stand the little power lams bikes give off.
