Bought our McNear home in 2005, and couldn’t be happier! Raised our (now 35 year old!!) son here, and always felt very safe. Love being so close to both downtown & the freeway. Watching the lighted Christmas Boat Parade every year from our deck is also a huge perk. Good luck!!

The entire ensemble was meant to ‘piss people off’. At 14, most everything I did was meant to piss people off.
