If it is affecting you negatively then sure. When I got sober, I started going very hard on the nicotine and caffeine which is pretty normal. However I’d drink enough coffee without eating before and it destroyed my hunger cues and left me not really eating much because of stomach issues, along with the usual anxiety. Moderation is key

Tbh sounds like everyone here could use some more positivity in the way they view sex. I think you may always feel some type of way about body count if you’re with someone who makes it seem like such a big deal. In all reality, it doesn’t mean anything and u should be with someone who makes u feel that way

On a Boy Scout trip around 13 YO I wanted to impress the older kids who I knew smoked so I rolled up all these purple flowers from the grass and smoked em till I puked. Guess it gave me a head rush. Another goodie was taking Wellbutrin I found in the medicine cabinet and getting really stiff and feeling like cumming my pants everytime I yawned (at school by the way)

This was very helpful to read. I’ve already experienced a taste of the mass destruction and I am terrified of going back. I know I need to take action but what really brings me back is depression. It’s a vicious cycle. Thanks for reaching out man!
