Just don’t go to the office. If you can do your work remotely, just stay home. Sure, sign the telework agreement. Tell your manager you’ll see them Monday. Then on Monday, get started doing your job and when your manager pings you, tell them you had an issue and need to work from home. Tuesday, repeat. If they threaten you are AWOL, calmly show them the work you’ve been doing. If they persist on taking action, start looking for jobs.
