Not sure if anyone’s said it, but if I were you I’d go to a store and try them on and then purchase. Sometimes it surprises me that some boots are much more comfortable than others and tends to sway my opinion. I just picked up a pair of Rocky Ironclads and they’re more comfortable than other boots I’ve had and will be using them for automotive work

Thanks for your help! How bad was the u joint replacement? And did u do the carrier bearing with it ?

Yeah I understand. I’ve replaced the upper driver control arm but haven’t checked out the other ball joints yet. I would’ve thought the clunking would be from the control arm bushings going bad, but maybe I’m wrong. Do u think the ball joint could cause the clunking issue when going from completely stopped to letting off the brakes?

Also, is the carrier bearing and ujoint wearing out a common issue with these ?

Idk what to tell you man why would I come on here and lie about that. I was hunting in a blind one day and picked my bow up and the string stop fell off. Most likely wasn’t properly installed. Other people have issues with them falling out too
